Step 1 – Artwork Creation

 

• The wise old theory: "Less is more". Complicated graphics, extensive text, and getting overly creative will probably make your sign confusing and not readable. Simplicity usually creates the best signs.
• All artwork should be in the following formats: *.A1 (Adobe Illustrator) or .EPS. Clearly indicate all colors, fonts and locations of billboard details. Be specific. Provide examples or use font names, PMS or Pantone color numbers. Please call Sign Pro’s offices and ask for the New Britain Bees program manager at (860) 229-1812 if using files of another type to verify compatibility.
• Please reference your contract with the Bees for the specific sign sizes. Considering there is a one foot dark green border on outfield billboard for advertising separation, the artwork file should be one foot less than the size listed. Please do not include this border in the artwork file. For example – an 8’ x 17’ billboard should have an artwork file measuring 8’ x 16’ (the exact artwork file measurement is also listed on the Sign Pro payment page, please see “Step 2” below). • Design Assistance – If you would like to contract Sign Pro design team to assist with your sign design ads, please call contact Sign Pro’s offices at (860) 229-1812 and ask for the New Britain Bees program manager to assist you. Sign Pro design fees are $85.00/hr for a professional created design for your company/brand.

 

Step 2 – Sign Pro Payment

 

• All stadium signage will be produced by Sign Pro, Inc., the official sign company of the New Britain Bees.
• Please use the following online store to place orders and make payment: http://nbbees.signpro-online.com
• Please reference your Bees contract for the style and size of your sign and add those items to your cart and checkout.
• Sign orders will be produced within two weeks of final proof approval, then scheduled to be installed.

 

Step 3 – Artwork Submission to Sign Pro

 

• After placing and paying for your order, upload your artwork via our WeTransfer page:  https://signpro.wetransfer.com/
• Click “Add your files”
• Insert your email address
• Insert “New Britain Bees” in Message field
• Click Transfer button

 

Step 4 – Review and Approve Artwork

 

• Once you have received confirmation that we have downloaded your artwork, you can expect an email with your artwork proof within 24 hours
• Once you receive your artwork proof and respond with your approval, your order will move into production and you can expect your signage to be ready within 2 weeks
• Client takes full responsibility, of artwork quality, spelling, grammar, color· selection etc. If a artwork proof is required by the client after the order is placed, please note in the order or orders will be produced as uploaded.
